This was an old boarding house built in the early 1900's and it had very little maintenance done to it in decades, We cleaned her up replaced a bunch of rotted wood, Scraped, sanded, primed all bare wood with a top of the line primer,filled holes, caulked and applied 2 finish coats on all surfaces.
Each project requires a different approach. All work is Guaranteed for one year, and most materials come with a Lifetime warranty.
